After the resounding success of the 2016 Edinburgh Blues ‘n’ Rock Festival, the festival is back at the Corn Exchange on Saturday 29 July

This year they have another star studded lineup. British singer, pianist and guitarist Mike Sanchez headlines with his Rock ‘n’ roll, rhythm & blues, boogie woogie piano band, he’s one of the most exciting and charismatic performers of Rhythm & Blues and Rock ‘n’ Roll in the world today.

After more than 50 years of continuous service, The Pretty Things — still featuring original members Phil May and Dick Taylor — remain a significant, challenging force in 
Rock ‘n’ Roll. They’re also playing at the festival.

The Stevie Nimmo Trio, psychedelic rock ’n’ roll pop act Miracle Glass Company, four piece blues rock powerhouse Gerry Jablonski & the Electric Band and Mirror Speaks The Truth also join the bill. 

Opening the night will be Glasgow based quintet The Deke McGee Band perform their own brand of vintage rhythm’n’blues and local band Black Cat Bone – an Alt Blues Rock n Roll band with a lot of Soul.
